I am mentally and emotionally bankrupt right now for reasons I'm really not going to take the time to type out. But, what do you do when the music just doesn't cut it anymore? I'm running out of options for staying sane and need some suggestions..anything?

If you're talking about Darren's music, then it doesn't cut it for me anymore either so I've embraced other bands like The Calling, MB20 and some obscure British band called Blue - I don't suppose ANYONE here has heard of them!!!
Staying sane means talking to your family and friends (and you've got plenty of friends on here hun ) and being there for them and also just trying to keep a positive outlook on life. Shit happens and all we can do is deal with it and then move on. I'm a great believer in the 'no regrets' school of thought - things happen for a reason and we learn something from everything that occurs in our lives
There endeth the lesson according to St Tels of London, UK lol

I know, there are times when music doesn't do it for me either Just talking with someone you can trust and getting it out helps as much as anything. Maybe try some other outlet rather than music? Just writing your thoughts down in any way can be very cathartic too.
Sorry you're having such a rough time hun. 's to you.
